Terms and Conditions Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original condition: unused, without any damage, with brand labels and original packaging. How do I return an item? 1. (Transportation costs are paid by the customer, except in cases where the item is defective). Refund After inspecting the returned item, we will refund the full amount to your bank account no later than 10 business days. Defective item If the item is damaged upon receipt or sent by mistake, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. In this case, 2Morrow fully covers all shipping costs and ensures immediate replacement of the item.
